Ozzy was born from a simple idea: online commerce in Algeria deserves an experience as lively, social and trustworthy as the networks Algerians already spend their days on.
Our mission
Our mission is to make selling and buying online in Algeria as easy, social and engaging as scrolling a video feed, while supporting local merchants and the wider Algerian e-commerce ecosystem.
We believe millions of Algerians are ready to shop online, but that the existing tools fall short: static catalogues, a lack of trust, complicated payments. Ozzy tackles these obstacles by putting video, live streaming and local payments at the heart of the experience.
Our focus on the Algerian market
Ozzy is not a generic platform adapted after the fact. It is designed from the ground up for Algeria: its payment methods (cash on delivery, CIB, Edahabia), its delivery habits, its languages and the way Algerians discover and buy products.
We work hand in hand with local merchants, creators and buyers to understand their real needs. Every feature is designed to create tangible value on the ground, not to copy a model imported from elsewhere.
By supporting local sellers with modern tools and an engaged audience, we want to contribute to the growth of a more dynamic, inclusive and trustworthy Algerian e-commerce ecosystem.

Ozzy is operated by OzzyDz LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, in the United States. OzzyDz LLC is responsible for the development, operation and management of the Ozzy platform and of this website.

Where we are now
Ozzy is currently in a pre-launch phase. The platform is being built and will launch in the summer of 2026. Until then, we are opening a waitlist for the first users and merchants who want to join us from the very beginning.
