These terms of service govern your access to and use of the Ozzy website (the "Site"), operated by OzzyDz LLC. By accessing or using this Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the site
The purpose of this Site is to present Ozzy, a social commerce platform under development for Algeria, and to let interested people sign up for a waitlist. Ozzy is in a pre-launch phase; the features described may change before and after the launch planned for the summer of 2026.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable or compromise its security. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, nor to collect data from other users.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this Site, including the name "Ozzy", the logo, the mascot, the texts and the graphic elements, is the property of OzzyDz LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit this content without our prior written consent.
5. Waitlist sign-up
By signing up for our waitlist, you provide us with your email address in order to receive information about the launch of Ozzy. Signing up creates no obligation to purchase and offers no guarantee of access to the platform. The processing of your email address is described in our privacy policy.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure. The information presented may be changed at any time without notice.
